Removal of Damaged Ceiling Tiles that were Reinstalled with New Panels

This was from a recent fire damage at a commercial building in Fairfield, IL. This was a skating rink that suffered fire, smoke and water damage (from emergency crews extinguishing the fire.) We were called in and we completely restored their business back to preloss condition.

Our team provided emergency building stabilization which consisted of extracting water, air scrubbers, dehumidification and air movers. Once that step was accomplished we moved to the demolition stage that consisted of removing damaged materials like drywall, ceiling tile, flooring and contents. Once that phase was complete we turned it over to our construction division which put it back to a preloss condition.
