I had my choice of fire restoration teams to help with the cleanup of the fire in my home earlier this month. Not having been through this before or knowing which company to use, I consulted with friends and family and the unanimous answer was SERVPRO. After working with you for the past two weeks, I understand why. From the first day (my walk through with Hank) to my final day, I was the priority. Each day, Tommy, Megann, Matt, Paula and Kellie worked hard and efficiently and always with a smile. In addition, I was very happy with the level of expertise and, especially, communication between all SERVPRO members, my insurance company and myself. In all, I just wanted to say thank you for the great team members who made an emotional situation both bearable and, in the end, so much better. Thank you!
